The sidetrack, S-20ai, will kick off from a window milled in the Sag R after cement squeezing all existing perfs. The S-20ai target is Zone 2 and Zone 4. Following initial Zone 2 MIST injection, the well will be plugged back to the upper portion of Zone 4B to provide injection support. The following describes work planned to prep for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of the proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. 1. Tubing and liner have been drifted to 3.625". 12/21/00 2. Ran Kinley calliper through tubing and liner. 12/20/00 3. Master valve, wing valve and tree successfully tested to 5000psi. 2/20/01 4. Tubing integrity will be verified by MIT 2/01. 5. E-Line will set a mechanical whipstock at approx. 9,155' in the 7" liner. 6. Service coil will squeeze approx. 20 bbls cement past the whipstock to shut off all existing perfs. E-Line is scheduled to set the whipstock and squeeze on Mar 27, 2001. The wells were open to an atmospheric tank to determine fluid production (there was none), and monitored through a gas meter to determine gas production rates. The inspector recommended "no-flow" status for the wells listed below. Well No. PTD No. Test Date Fld Rate Gas Rate 'S-13 82-135 0/26/94 dead 135 scf/h S-16 84-084 10/26/94 dead 0 scf/h ~ 10/26/94 dead 240 scf/h S-20 U-6 84-078 10/26/94 dead 360 scf/hr U-8 84-102 10/26/94 dead 300 scf/hr The above wells meet the criteria of a "no-flow" performance test, and as such are considered incapable of flow to the surface. Under the authority of Conservation Order 145, Rule 5 (amended by CO 333), these wells are not required to have a fail safe automatic SSSV. However, the surface safety valve and pilot must be maintained in good working condition, and if for any reason the wells again become capable of unassisted flow of hydrocarbons, the subsurface safety valves must be reinstalled and maintained in good working condition. The treatment calls for setting an inflatable packer and selectively stimulating the Zone 2B perfs, then releasing the packer and treating the remaining intervals. Diversion will be accomplished by pumping slugs of gelled water with high concentrations of OSR material intermittently with the acid. / A subsequent scale inhibition treatment using coiled tubing is proposed contingent upon the response to the acid wash. 0833Z 04/26/88 Coiled Tubing Blow-Out-Preventers Coiled Tubing Pack-Off }Blind Rams · , Cutter Rams - ( d',xS~'-~--2" Chicksan (Kill Line) Slips Pipe Rams Pump-In Sub (C ircula te/R e turns ) --~ W ell Head Swab Valve Standard Alaska P~odu¢"on Compon¥ ~ ~o'~ Ben,,on PO ~, 1966l~ ~907~ 56~ 5111 INDEXED TO: DALLAS ARCO CHEVRON E)D(ON TEXACO MOBIL PHILLIPS STANDARD ALASKA PRODUCTION Date: 02/24/88 TI: 78597 REFERENCE: SAPC FINAL DATA - PRESSURE SURVEY DATA The following material Is being submitted herewith. The drilling contractor was in the process of nippling up the BOP. Tuesday, August 12, 1986: The test commenced at 12:00 midnight and was concluded at 2 15 a.m. There was one failure of the packing on the (9-5/8xi3-3/8) Bradenhead bolts which were tightened up and tested satisfactorily. I filled out an AOGCC BOP inspection report which is attached. In summary, I witnessed the BOP test on SAPC Pad S-20 well, Prudhoe Oil Pool, Nabors Rig 28E. Maximum possible·surface pressure is 3330 psi based on a gas column to surface from 8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss. Directionally drill 12 1/4" hole to the 9-5/8" casing point above the Sadlerochit Sandstone. Run 9 5/8" 47# L-80 mixed string of Buttress and NSCC to within 5' of 12 1/4" TD and cement in two stages: First stage using Class G cement around the'9 5/8''· shoe. The second stage to be downsqueezed in the 13 3/8" x 9 5/8" annulus followed by nonfreezing fluid. Directionally drill 8 1/2" hole to TD. Run 7" liner from TD to 250' inside' 9 5/8" .casing shOe and cement using Class Gcement. Clean out to 7" float equipment. Change over to 9.6 ppg. NaCl completion fluid. TeSt casing andlap to 3000'psi. Run 9 5/8" production packer On internal plastic'coated tubing with _ -gas lift mandrels and a sliding sleeve.-Set packer 50' above top of liner. A subsurface Safety valve with_ dual control lines will be Placed 50' below base of permafrost..Install and test Xmas tree. DiSplace tubing to diesel.- Set and test packer.
