The productivity profile in PBU well B-28 is hereby waived as the well is producing from only one interval, and the survey would not provide additional data. The production profile required in PBU well B-26 is hereby postponed until after a scheduled gas shut-off has been performed. The drilling fluid program will consist of an 8.5-9.5 ppg spud mud in the 17-1/2" hole, a 9.0-9.7 ppg water base mud in the 12-1/4" hole and a 9.1 ppg water base mud in the 8-1/2" hole. Drill 17-1/2" hole to 2700' and cement 13-3/8" L-80/S-95 Buttress casing to surface. Install blowout prevention equipment consisting of 5000 psi W.P. pipe rams, blind rams and annular preventer. Maximum possible bottomhole pressure is 4390 psi at 8800' TVDss based on original reservoir pressure. Maximum possible surface pressure is 3300 psi based on a gas column to surface from 8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss. Directionally drill 12-1/4" hole to the 9-5/8" casing point above the Sadlerochit Sandstone. Run 9-5/8" 47# L-80 mixed string of Buttress and NSCC to within 5' of 12-1/4" TD and cement in two stages: First stage using Class G cement around the 9-5/8" shoe. The second stage to be downsqueezed in the 13-3/8" x 9-5/8" annulus followed by nonfreezing fluid. Directionally drill 8-1/2" hole maintaining an 85° hole angle from 9689' MD to TD. Log 8-1/2" hole with drillpipe conveyed logging tools. Run 5-1/2" liner from 250' inside 9-5/8" casing shoe to T.D. and cement using Class G cement. Rotate and reciprocate liner during cementing. Clean out to 5-1/2" float equipment. Test casing and lap to 3000 psi. Displace mud with NaC1 completion fluid. Run and retrieve perforating guns on drill pipe or tubing. Run 9-5/8" production packer on internal plastic coated tubing with gas lift mandrels and a sliding sleeve. Set packer 50' above top of liner. A subsurface safety valve with dual control lines will be placed 50' below base of permafrost. Install and test Xmas tree. Displace tubing to diesel through sliding sleeve. Set and test packer.
