Killed well with 76~ SF-100 mud; installed C°sasco plug in donut. Removed
x-mas tree; installed BOPE; tested BOPE to 5,000 psi. Unseated donut
with 115,000~ pull; unseated packer with 95,000# pull. Circulated bot-
toms up until good mud returned.

completed pulling tubing; packer was in fair condition. One slip was
loose on ~acker and elements were badly chewed. Ran in clean out
string with 5-5/8" bit, 6-5/8" scraper, junk sub and jars, hit fill at
10,525' .
September 3, 1968
~emoved 2' of fill; pipe started sticking. Started to pull out of
hole; pipe stuck after 37'. Worked pipe loose and pulled out. Junk sub
was full of junk from original completion; bit and scraper in good condi-
tion. Ran back in hole with 5-5/8" bit, junk sub, hy.d. jars and two
drill collars. Hit fill at 10,525'; cleaned out to bottom at 10,732'
encountering approximately 20' of hard drilling. Circulated bottoms up.

Ran in hole with 6-5/8" Baker scraper to 10,732'; scraped bottom 200'
twice. Circulated 20' off bottom; pulled out. Schlumberger perforated
4-1/2" holes per foot from 10,637'-10,664'; pulled out. Set Baker 6-5/8"
"D" packer without flapper valve at 10,580' .
September 5, 19.68
Pan in tubing and jewelry with packers at 10,486', 10,'432' and 10,329';
hydrotested tubing to 5,000 psi. Landed tubing 1' off "D" packer. Re-
moved BOPE; installed x-mas tree. Down for two hours waiting for vacuum
truck to pump cellar, rig pumps were out of order.
September 6, 1968
Tested x-mas tree and lines to 5,000 psi; removed Cosasco plug. Started
displacing mud with crude down casing (52 Bbls) ; appeared to have set one
of top three packers. Changed over and started pump~.ng down tubing;
returns from casing OK. Unable to pump down casing again. Continued
displacing down tubing (all but 18 Bbls) When packer or packers appeared
to set; unable to circulate. Ran in Otis X plug to 10,523'; pressured up
and set packers. Unable to remove plug. Rigged down; released rig at
12:00 P.M., September 6, 1968. Will do wire line work after rig move.

ahead, mixed 2000 sacks of cement in 60 rains, using Halliburton track,

plug with 2000 psi. Full circulation. Cement in place at 7:15 PM.

1:00 AM. Recovered 35' net rise, all drilling fluid, filtrate testing 28 G/G.
