Well Z-33 ,(43-24-11-11) PBU
Enclosed, in duplicate, is form 10-407, our Report of Well
Completion for the above named well. This information
reflects the current condition and status of the well. Enclosed
are two copies each of daily drilling reports. Because this
well was plugged back at the surface casing, a gyroscopic
survey and open hole logs were not run. The directional
surveys were submitted with the Z-33A package on April 6,
1989.

all types of lands and leases in Alaska.
Item 1: Classification of Service Wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt
water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion.
Item 5: Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements
given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments.
Item 16 and 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple
completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported
in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the
data pertinent to such interval.
Item 21: Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.).
Item 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cement-
ing and the location of the cementing tool.
Item 27: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water In-
jection, Gas Injection, Shut-in, Other-explain.
Item 28: If no cores taken, indicate "none".

Permit No. 88-148
Prudhoe Oil Pool
Saturday, ..~a. nuary .7._, 1.98.9: I was notified by Mike Miller, SAPC Rep.,
that the cement PlUg set in the 9 5/8" casing was ready to be tagged.
I arrived at the location and Mike informed me that a 9 5/8" cement
retainer had been set at 9361' After setting the retainer, an
attempt had been made to pump into the formation with 3000 psi. The
formation would not take fluid so the setting tool was unstung from
the retainer and a 100 SK slurry of 15.5 lb/gal was placed on top of
the retainer.
The D.P. was run in the hole to 9000' where stringers of cement were
encountered. The mud pumps were started and the D.P. was rotated.
The top of hard cement was tagged at 9175' with 40,000 lb of D.P/
weight and 600 psi of pump pressure.
In summary, I witnessed The tagging of 187' cement plug set in SAPC's
Z-33 set from 9361' to 9175'.

equipment so that a representative of the Commission may be
present to witness testing of the equipment before the surface
casing shoe is drilled. ~ere a di~erter system is required,
please also notify this office 24 hours prior to commencing
equipment installation so that the Commission may witness testing
before drilling below the shoe of the conductor pipe.

PROPOSED DRILLING AND COMPLETION PROGRAM
WELL Z-33 [43-2~t-11-111 PBU
Install and cement 80' of 20" conductor to surface.
Install 20" diverter.
The Drilling fluid program will consist of an 9.5 -10.0 ppg spud mud in the 17-
1/2" hole, a 9.5 - 10.4 ppg water base mud in the 12-1/4" hole and a 9.5 ppg oil
base mud in the 8-1/2" hole.
Drill 17-1/2" hole to 2672' and cement 13-3/8" L-80 Buttress casing to surface.
Install blowout prevention equipment consisting of 5000 psi W.P. pipe rams,
blind rams, and annular preventer. Maximum possible bottomhole pressure is
4390 psi at 8800' TVDss based on original reservoir pressure. Maximum
possible surface pressure is 3330 psi based on a gas column to surface from
8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss.
Directionally drill 12-1/4" hole to the 9-5/8" casing point above the Sag River
Sandstone. Run 9-5/8" 47# L-80 NSCC casing to within 5' of 12-1/4" TD and
cement using Class G cement. Perform mechanical integrity test. The 13-3/8" x
9-5/8" annulus will be freeze protected with dry crude.
Directionally drill 8-1/2" hole to TD. Run 5 1/2" slotted liner with retrievable
SBR and a liner hanger/packer from TD to 100' inside 9-5/8" casing shoe.
Clean out to 5 1/2" shoe. Change over to 9.4 ppg. NaCL completion fluid. Run
GR/CBT on wire-line from Top of Liner to 13 3/8" Shoe.
Run 7" x 5 1/2" tubing with a production packer and a sliding sleeve. Set
packer at a 50 degree hole angle. A subsurface safety valve with dual control
lines will be placed 100' below base of permafrost. Install and test Xmas tree.
Displace tubing to diesel. Freeze protect tubing and annulus.
