The AOGCC BOPE test report is attached for reference. The rig is preparing to pull the production tubing and sidetrack the well. The lower set of pipe rams were not tested at this time due to the tubing head adaptor being in the way of closing the rams. As soon as the tubing is pulled and prior to drilling the sidetrack the lower set of pipe rams and the upper and lower kelly cocks will be tested. Testing went very well with no failures observed. The rig and the surrounding area is well layed out with very good access to the rig. Summary: i witnessed the BOPE test on Doyon rig 16 with no failures, 3 hour test time. Box 196612 Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6612 (907) 561-5111 · ' ~'~ '""i ~'"'"'" . . BP Exploration is requesting administrative approval, as outlined on Conservation Order No. 213, Rule 2, to waive productivity profile requirements for two new wells. A waiver is requested for the following wells perforated in one single interval: Z-23 (31' TVD), Z-26 (21.' TVD). In these cases, the value of obtaining a production profile would be limited. We are monitoring the production behavior of these wells. If production characteristics change sufficiently to warrant some kind of remedial work, we would obtain any required production logs at that time. If you require further information, please contact S. L. Bryant at (907) 564-4203. Very truly yours, TBG:DMH:dmh CC; R.E. MacDougal (Exxon) D.F. Scheve (ARCo) D.D.
