Loaded the wellbore w/Seawater, then pumped 20 bbls of 13.5 ppg CI cement to plug the lower wellbore & abandon the open perforation intervals located at: 9082 - 9092' MD (Z1A) Ref. EXPLORATION To: AOGCC March 8, 1995 From: Zeljko Runje MB 12-1 Prudhoe Bay Drilling Subject: Plugback of Well DS 18-24 1. Lock open the Camco TRDP-1A-SSA SSSV. Valvle was set at 2164' MD 2. Perform a fullbore plugback to the well. Pump enough cement to cover perfs and up to 8700' MD and to squeeze away 5.3 bbls into the perfs ( 25 bbls cmt slurry total ) 3. R/U Slick line and tag cement. AOGCC must witness this tag. 4. Cut the 3.5" tubing as close to the packer as possible. KOP will be ~ 8000' MD so the tbg will have to be cut @ 8200' MD. 5. Displace tubing and wellbore to 8.5 ppg SW. F/P top 2000' MD with diesel. 6. Bleed tbg / annuli pressures to 0 psi. Set and test BPV to 1000 psi. 7. Remove well shelter and flowlines.
