If no recent TD is available, RU slickline and make a TD run with the well shut-in to determine how much cement to pump. 3. Kill well and lay in a cement plug. The top of cement should be at or above 11350 MD based on 100' above the top perf. 4. RU slickline unit and RIH and tag cement top to ensure a minimum of 100' md above top perf. Note: Cement top tag to be witnessed by AOGCC representative. 5. RU E-line and RIH to make tubing cut @ +/- 10920' md. 6. Circulate tubing and annulus over to filtered seawater and freeze protect the upper 2000' md of the well. 7. Bleed tubing, inner annulus, and outer annulus to 0 psi. 8. Set BPV. Remove the well house and flowlines. Level the pad and dig out the cellar if required. Prepare pad for RWO. 9. MIRU rig. Pull BPV. Circulate out freeze protection. Pull 4-1/2" tubing. 10. Set a 9-5/8" bridge plug at +/- 10550 MD. Upon completion of milling a 50' section from the 9-5/8" casing from 10250-10300 MD, a kickoff cement plug will be laid with the base of the cement plug extending 100' md below the section window to 10400 MD. The bridge plug set within 300' MD of the bottom of the milled section and the cement kickoff plug extending 100' MD below the base of the milled section will serve as the liner top cement plug. The 9-5/8" casing is cemented or adjacent to an impermeable formation from the liner top to the milled section. This is consistent with the waiver request dated 9/17/92 for the case where the kickoff point is between 400' and 2000' from the existing production liner. Note also that it is requested to abandon this well with some fill across the open perfs and a plug in the XN nipple at 11651 MD. Zones 3 and 4 in this well are thought to be in communication near wellbore via a hydraulic fracture. Hence there is little to be gained by trying to isolate the two zones in the wellbore with a cement plug. DBR RECEIVE Alaska Oil & Gas Cons.
