The cement squeeze below the retainer will consist of 33.6 bbls of cement (which includes and additional 5 bbls for perforation squeeze. An additional cement plug will be placed on top of the cement retainer from 13080' to 12845' which will allow for a 200' rathole below the proposed KOP of 12645'. The cement will be displaced with seawater. Angle at the proposed depth of kick off (12645' md) in the 95/8'' casing is ~57°. 1. No operations in this procedure are to be initiated without "Approval to Proceed" signatures. 2. AOGCC notification is required prior to initiating P&A operations. PRE-RIG WORK: Pre-rig woek does not involve well abandonment therefore sundry notice approval is not required for initiation of pre-rig operations. NOTE: If any problems are observed with the 95/8'' packoff during pre-rig operations, notify the Operations Drilling Engineer, Nabors 18E Company Representative and the wellhead manufacturer. Repairs will be made prior to initiation of rig work. 1. RU wireline and retrieve SSSV at 2278'. Test 95/8'' and tubing packoffs to 5000 psi and function LD screws. --- 2. MIRU electric line and cut 31/2'' tubing at 13,130'. (Note: Utilize most efficient cutting mechanism. Remaining tubing below cut will not be further utilized) RD electric line. . Circulate seawater through cut until clean returns are observed. Freeze protect tubing and annulus to 2200' with diesel. Bleed pressures on tubing/annulus. Zero pressure on all annuli is required, 4. Set and test BPV, remove well house and flow lines, level pad and dig out cellar. Notify Operations Drilling Engineer upon completion of work. RIG WORK: Do not proceed with abandonment procedures without approved copy of the Abandonment Sundry Notice. 1. If 95/8'' packoff does not test during pre-rig, contact the wellhead manufacturer's representative to initiate repairs. 2. MIRU. Pull BPV and set and test TWCV to 1000 psi. ND tree and NUBOPE and test same per SSD policy. Pull TWCV. . Circulate out freeze protection with seawater and attempt to pull 31/2'' tubing. As indicated, Kinley surveys and video camera's indicate substantial tubing degradation and therefore additional fishing runs may be required to pull tubing. Have grapple and spears available to fish remaining tubing, if necessary. . RU wireline and make a CCL/gauge ring/junk basket run to 13090'. RD wireline. PU 9-5/8" EZSV cement retainer on drill pipe and RIH. Set retainer at 13080' (50' above cut per AOGCC 25.105.h.2) and test above retainer to 3000 psi. If test is not achieved, PU 9-5/8" RTTS to isolate leak and remediate as necessary. Upon determination of leak and successful remediation, proceed to step 5.. . Establish injection into perforations and pump 33.6 bbls of cement (includes additional 5 bbls for squeeze) below retainer. Sting out of retainer and circulate a minimum of 3 complete circulations (long way) through drill pipe prior to POOH. 6. RIH with section milling BHA. Spot 18 ppg milling fluid from PBTD to 12945'. Mill Iow side window per directional program. POOH with milling assembly. . RIH open ended and wash to top of retainer. Spot a 31 bbls balanced cement plug to bring TOC to 12745'. POOh to above plug and perform hesitation squeeze to achieve final squeeze pressure of 2000 psi. POOH. 8. PU 81/2'' BHA and RIH. Displace wellbore to drilling fluid and drill 81/2'' wellbore to 13643' md. Run and cement 7" casing to TD. 9. Drill out 7" casing plus 20' of new formation and perform FIT to 10 ppg. Drill 6" undulating, horizontal wellbore to 20,935' using lAB and GR/Res for directional control. 10. Log well with drill pipe conveyed Platform Express with sonic. Run RFT's as required. 11. Run 41/2'' solid liner to TD and cement. 12. Run 41/2'' L-80 completion with 7" x 41/2'' production packer and standard WOA tailpipe with WLEG. Circulate freeze protection to 2200'. Land completion and set packer. 13. Set and test TWCV NU Tree. Pull TWCV and set/test BPV. RDMO.
