The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare S-25i for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. Schematic diagrams of the proposed cement squeeze and sidetrack completion are attached. 1. A mechanical integrity test has been successfully performed. 2. A Schmoo-Be-Gone treatment to remove mung from the wellbore has been performed. 2. Tubing and liner have been drifted with a 3.65" OD drift. 4. Kinley caliper has been run over the proposed whipstock interval to confirm tubing condition. 5. A mechanical ~will be set on e-line at approx. 9,145', within the existing Sag R. perforations. -- 6. Service coil will be used to downsqueeze cement to abandon existing perforations in the 7" liner. Approx. 20 bbls cement w/ aggregate will be used.
