As the attached AOGCC Rig/BOPE Inspection report indicates I found no non compliance items during this inspection. I did however discover that the BPX company rep and Nabors toolpusher have not been filling out an AOGCC BOPE Test Report when conducting their BOPE tests. I gave them a copy of our BOPE Test form and instructed them to fill out the form and fax a copy to our office in the future. I was assured that this problem would be corrected. In summary, I conducted a Rig/BOPE inspection at AAI's PBU DS16-29 well ~on Nabors Rig No. 18E. I found no non compliance items during this inspection. I did discover that our BOPE inspection form has not been filled out for recent BOPE tests preformed by the operator. I consulted with both the operator rep. and drilling contractor rep. and feel the problem will be corrected in the future.
