Drilling & Wells Coiled Tubing Drilling Team Well C-33 is scheduled for a through tubing sidetrack to be drilled with coiled tubing. The following summarizes the procedure required to prep C-33 for drilling and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A 2.75" drift will be run to pbtd. 2. The gas lift mandrels will be dummied off and a Mechanical Integrity Test is planned. 3. Service coil will pump approx. 45bbls of cement to P&A the existing perforations. 4. The window will be milled off of a cement ramp with service coil. The KOP will be at approximately 11,250'md (8790'tvdss). 5. A sidetrack of approx. 2500 ft into lower Zone 1 will be drilled with CT. 6. The sidetrack will be completed with a cemented 2 3/8" liner that will overlap the existing 3 W' tubing to -10,830'md (TOL). The estimated Top of cement is planned for 300' above the window to approx. 10,950'md The coil tubing operations are expected to commence December 4. Because of geology considerations (faulting), the wellbore trajectory needs to be changed for the purpose of maximizing wellbore penetration thru producible sands. A cement plug is to be spotted between 12170' and 11670' md (400' into OH and 100' inside the 7" liner). After dressing off the cement plug, another 6" hole will be drilled to capture reserves within a sand interval within Zone I. Nipple up BOPE and function test same to 5000 psi. o PU 12-1/4" BHA and RIH. Test casing to 3500 psi for 30 minutes. Drill 10' of new hole and perform leak off test. 4. Drill intermediate hole to intermediate casing point. 5. MU and run 9-5/8" casing string and cement as per well plan. 6. RIH and directional drill 8-1/2" hole to target. Log using MWD tools. . MU and RIH with 7" liner. RIH to TD. Cement same. Set liner hanger and packer. Circulate excess cement from wellbore. POOH. . MU 6" MWD BHA and PU 3-1/2" DP. Clean out to landing collar and test casing to 3500 psi for 30 min. 9. Convert to Xanvis mud system. Drill horizontal section as per directional plat. 10. Make 7" scraper and 6" hole opener run to TD. Circulate hole clean. 11. Run 4-1/2", L-80 slotted liner assembly with horizontal packer. Release from packer and circulate Xanvis from liner with sea water. POOH & LDDP. 12. Run 3-1/2" L-80 completion with SSSV, GLM's, and 7 x 3-1/2" packer. Test casing & tubing. ND BOPS. NU tree & test same, 13. Freeze protect well with diesel and crude.
