The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare P-02 for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A Mechanical Integrity Test will be done. 2. A whipstock drift and a multi-arm caliper will be run. 3. E-Line will set a mechanical whipstock at approx. 12,475' MD. 4. Service coil will squeeze approx. 20 bbls cement past the whipstock to shut off existing perfs. 5. Service coil will then be used to mill the window. Service coil BOPE will be pressure/function tested with AOGCC witness prior to milling. Step 3 is scheduled for approx. June 8, and steps 4 & 5 are scheduled for June 10-11, 2000, pending AOGCC approval. The rig crew was ready to test when I arrived. The test went well with one failure observed, this being the upper pipe ram's. The rest of test went quickly and the upper pipe rams were repaired and retested "OK". The area surrounding the rig was clean and orderly and provided for good access. Mike Downey (Nabor's toolpusher) run's a good operation and performs a good BOP test.
