Open wing and circulate while run in well. Well is dead and good fluid returns. IA is in communication with tubing. Tag whipstock and correct depth to 11,114. Pick up into tailpipe no problem. SI wing perform injectivity test. 2 b/m at 1900 psi. Discuss options with town and decide to cut cement volume to 10 bbls and eliminate aggregate. Mix and pump 10 bbls. 13.8 ppg class G cement with bentonite. Lay in cement with choke closed. Final squeeze pressure 1000 psi held for 30 minutes. Estimate 1 bbl cement behind pipe. Contaminate and chase out of hole. Pressure test squeeze to 1000 psi with CT at surface for 5 minutes. No leak off. RIH, mill XN nipple at 10,899 ctmd, start milling window at 11,119 ctmd, paint flag at 11,121.1 ctmd, and mill to 11,128.2. Would put excess weight with no extra motor work and would not drill off, decided to pooh and check tools. At surface, all gauge and near gauge; motor turned good. Decided to change out string mill and motor. Rih, tie into flag, begin milling. Milled down to 11,138.1, giving 8' of formation drilled, cleaned window with several passes, cleaned hole, dropped ball and chased out of hole. Freeze protected tree with MeOH. At surface, mill and string reamer look good, nice wear. Mill is 1/1000" undergauge, rdmo. Window milled at 3.80" from 11,115 to 11,126, formation drilled to 11,134 (based on whipstock setting depth). COIL TUBING DRILLING 06~07~00 Finish rig move from F-10a. Spot rig over tree. Accept DS/N #1 for operations at 0200 hrs 6/7/00. Remove tree cap. NUBOPE. Spot misc equipment. Set and berm slop tank. Begin BOPE test. 06~08~00 Continue BOPE initial pressure test. Bleed tubing to zero - IA tracked down to zero. RIH and attempt to pull GLV from station #3 - no recovery. Crew change. Safety meeting with new wireline crew. Re-dress KO tool. RIH and pull GLV from station #3. POOH. Redress KO tool and RIH with dummy. Set down in station ~4. POH and re-dress tool. RIH with dummy for station #3. Set down again in station #4. POH and change out KO tool. RIH with dummy to station #3. Attempt to set dummy in GLM - trigger on KO tool won't engage in orienting slot in GLM. POH and re-dress KO tool with modified trigger. RIH and set dummy in GLM #3 - OK. Pressure up annulus to 300 psi and tubing to 1500 psi. SI annulus and pressure tubing to 2500 psi annulus incr to 540 psi. In 15 min tubing dropped to 1925 psi and annulus incr to 825 psi. Still have communication but appears to be less than previous test. Reseat dummy in #2 GLM and retest tubing - OK. The following summarizes the procedure required to prepare P-08 for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A Tubing Integrity Test will be done. 2. A whipstock drift and a multi-arm caliper will be run. 3. E-Line will set a mechanical whipstock at approx. 11,114' MD. 4. Service coil will squeeze approx. 20 bbls cement past the whipstock to shut off existing perfs. 5. Service coil will then be used to mill the window. Service coil BOPE will be pressure/function tested with AOGCC witness prior to milling. Step 3 is scheduled for approx. J~e~l~, and steps 4 & 5 are scheduled for June ~, 2000, pending AOGCC approval.
