The sidetrack, Y-17B, will kick off from a window milled in the Sag River after cement squeezing existing perfs. The Yo17B target is Zone 4. The following describes work planned to prep for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of the proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. 1. Tubing and liner drifted. 2. Master valve, wing valve integrity itested. 3. Inner Annulus integrity tested. 4. Service coil will squeeze _+22 bbls cement to shut off existing perfs and provide a cement ramp for kicking off. Service coil in slated to begin work near Sept 15, 2001.
