When I arrived the plug at the perforations had already been spotted earlier in the morning and was ready to be tagged. The rig (Doyon 16) ran in with drill pipe and tagged the plug. There was 190 feet of cement above the reported shows and appeared solid with 15 K set down. The rig circulated bottoms up and tripped out of the hole to pick up a retainer. · Sunday, April 3, 1994: The retainer was run to the window and set 70 feet above the window. The setting tool was unstung and the retainer was pressure tested to 2500 psi "OK". The setting tool was engaged and 14 bbrs of class "G" cement was squeezed below and 7 bbl's was laid on top of the retainer. All appeared normal and the samples from the cementers appeared to be setting up nicely. This well is to be placed on temporary abandonment and will have a dry hole tree placed on it. Summary: I witnessed the open hole and casing shoe plugs in Arco's well # 13A in the Prudhoe Bay Field. 12- Attachment: BFIJDBBD.XLS STATE OF ALASKA ALASKA OIL AND GAS CONSER VA TION COMMISSION Plug And Abandonment Report Operator: Arco Alaska Operator Rep.: Bruce Campbell Lease No.: Well No.: Total Depth: Date: 4/2/94 Well Name: DS 12-13A PTD No.: 94-43 Sec.
