As the attached AOGCC BOPE Test Report shows there was 2 failures. The annular preventer element leaked. The element was changed out and tested OK. The HCR valve on the choke line leaked. The valve was replaced and tested OK. The rig was clean and all equipment seemed to be in good working order. The location was arranged so there was good access to all areas of the rig. Summary: I witnessed the BOPE test on Nabors rig 2ES - test time7.5 hours - 2 failures. Lay cement plug across perforations to at least 100' above top perforation. Cut the 5-1/2" tubing near 2.~_0_0.~.~. Freeze protect and set a BPV. Test intermediate casing pack-off to 5000 psi. Move in drilling rig. Test 9-5/8" intermediate casing pack-off if not done during pre-rig work. Pull BPV. Circulate diesel freeze protection cap from well and recover for future use. Install a BPV and test tree plug. Remove the production tree. Install BOP's and test to 5000 psi. Remove the test plug and BPV. Pull and lay down the 5-1/2" tubing. Spot a 18 ppg pill on bottom and cut a 50' section in the 9-5/8" casing starting from about 8810'MD. Spot a balanced cement kick-off plug (180 cubic feet minimum) through open- ended drillpipe from 100' below the base of the section to 200' above the top of the section. Run in with an 8-1/2" steerable drilling assembly and dress the cement to 5' below the section top. Kickoff and directionally drill to the target with 90° hole angle at 8863'ss as per the attached directional plan. Obtain Direction / GR / Resistivity / Neutron / Density formation evaluation logs while drilling starting from the top of the Sag River F~m. Run a 7" 29 # 13cr liner assembly to bottom in the 8-1/2" hole and up to 100' above the top of sand followed with 7" 29# L-80. Space the liner hanger (L-80) and top isolation packer (L-80) about 150' up inside the 9-5/8" casing. Cement the liner in place with the total cement volume based upon 60 % open- hole enlargement plus the 80' shoe volume, 150' lap volume and 150' excess on top of the liner with drillpipe in the hole. Re-test BOP's as needed. Run in with 6" drilling assembly with direction/.GR MWD on 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" drilipipe. Test casing to 3500 psi for 15 min. before drilling out float shoe and 10' of new hole. Displace well with non-damaging (FIo-Pro Xanvis polymer) drilling fluid. See Mi Drilling Fluids recommended displacement procedure. Drill approximately 800' of 6" hole to TD as per Geologist / Operations Engineer onsite. Make a conditioning trip with a 6" hole-opener for the open hole section with a 7" casing scraper spaced to clean the liner. Install a 4-1/2" 13cr slotted liner with 4-1/2" X 7" packer / hanger. Run in on drillpipe with a 2-1/16" wash string inside the slotted liner. Space packer / hanger to be set within about 150' of the 7" liner shoe. Position packer above the 7" liner shoe and circulate. Set packer and test. Release from the packer / hanger and displace the drilling fluid with filtered seawater but no corrosion inhibitor. The current wellbore would require a squeeze, a stimulation and concentric CT to flow. A replacement wellbore will allow production of the reserves originally targeted by well 5-5, as well as completing the 11- 29i dedicated Romeo injection pattern. Lay cement plug across perforations to at least 100' above top perforation. Cut the 5-1/2" tubing near 9800' MD. Freeze protect and set a BPV. Test intermediate casing pack-off to 5000 psi. Move in drilling rig. Test 9-5/8" intermediate casing pack-off if not done during pre-rig work. Pull BPV. Circulate diesel freeze protection cap from well and recover for future use. Install a BPV and test tree plug. Remove the production tree. Install BC)P's and test to 5000 psi. Remove the test plug and BPV. Pull and lay down the 5-1/2" tubing. Spot a 18 ppg pill on bottom and cut a 50' section in the 9-5/8" casing starting from about 9450'MD. Spot a balanced cement kick-off plug (180 cubic feet minimum) through open- ended drillpipe from 100' below the base of the section to 200' above the top of the section. Run in with an 8-1/2" steerable drilling assembly and dress the cement to 5' below the section top. Kickoff and directionally drill to the target with 90° hole angle at 8870'ss as per the attached directional plan. Obtain Direction / SR / Resistivity / Neutron / Density formation evaluation logs while drilling starting from the top of the Sag River Fm. Run a .7" ,29 Ct 130r liner assembly to bottom in the 8-1/2" hole and up to 100' above the top of sand followed with 7" 29# L-80. Space the liner hanger (L-80) and top isolation packer (L-80) about 150' up inside the 9-5/8" casing. Cement the liner in place with the total cement volume based upon 60 % open- hole enlargement plus the 80' shoe volume, 150' lap volume and 150' excess on top of the liner with drillpipe in the hole. Re-test BOP's as needed. Run in with 6" drilling assembly with direction / GR MWD on 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" drillpipe. Test casing to 3500 psi for 15 min. before drilling out float shoe and 10' of new hole. Displace well with non-damaging (FIo-Pro Xanvis polymer) drilling fluid. See MI Drilling Fluids recommended displacement procedure. Drill approximately 800' of 6" hole to TD as per Geologist / Operations Engineer onsite. Make a conditioning trip with a 6" hole-opener for the open hole section with a 7" casing scraper spaced to clean the liner. Install a 4-1/2" 130r slotted liner with 4-1/2" X 7" packer / hanger. Run in on drillpipe with a 2-1/16" wash string inside the slotted liner. Space packer / hanger to be set within about 150' of the 7" liner shoe. Position packer above the 7" liner shoe and circulate. Set packer and test. Release from the packer / hanger and displace the drilling fluid with filtered seawater but no corrosion inhibitor. Pull the wash string up just above the hanger and circulate out Xanvis mud above the slotted liner with filtered seawater. Pull out of the hole and lay down the wash string. Retest 9-5/8" wellhead packoff and replace as needed. Run the 13cr 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" completion string assembly. Space out and circulate with corrosion inhibitor before setting the tubing packer. Install a BPV and test plug. Remove BOP's. Install and test the production tree to 5000 psi. Pull tree test plug and BPV. Test the tubing x casing annulus to 3500 psi for 30 minutes.
