The following summarizes the procedure required to prep 15-41 for drilling and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. ]. The well passed a TIT on 9/22/00. 2. The well was drifted with a dummy whipstock and a Kinley caliper ran on the tubing. 3. The gas lift mandrels have been dummied off and a Mechanical Integrity Test is planned. 4.Service coil will pump approx. 10bbls of cement to P&A the existing perforations, r,~r,,,~_,-,,-k ',~,-,,~,,,~,\ ~%~ - ~\, (~5. The window will be milled off of a cement ramp with service coil. The KOP will be at approximately 10,810'md. ?\~ ~:~'~ o ~,~-~'~ 6. The rig was ready when I arrived. The test went very well with all components functioning properly and holding its pressure test. The test lasted 1 1/4 hours with no failures observed.
