The following summarizes the procedure required to prep C- 20a for extension drilling and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. A Tubing Integrity Test on 7/15/00 was successful. 2. On 7/5/00 C-20a was drifted to 11,892 slm. 3. C-20a will be killed with seawater and 8.7 ppg Flo-Pro prior to using drilling coil to mill the existing 4 ½" float equipment and drill an extension of approx. 1,946 ft into Zone 1 (13P). 4. The extension will be completed with a cemented 2 7/8" liner that will overlap the existing 4 ½" liner by approx. 1300 ft. to cover existing C-20a perforations. Drilling coil is expected to complete summer rig maintenance and move onto C- 20 on August 1, 2000. Set the EZSV at 3' below a casing collar as near as possible to 9030' MD (planned KOP is 9000'MD) Once the EZSV is set perform a casing integrity test to 3500 psi for 30 minutes. PU EZSV stinger (plug catcher just above EZSV stinger) on 5" DP. RIH to EZSV and sting in. Establish injection rate into perforations from 12414-12458' MD. Mix and pump 76 bbls - 372 sacks - of class "G" cement (calculated as 7", 26# casing capacity from PBTD to TOL + 150' of 9-5/8, 47# casing capacity + 15 bbl to squeeze into perfs), displace with seawater to place cement from 11555' MD to PBTD at 12521' MD. Sting out, reverse any excess cement then pump dart into plug catcher to clean DP. POOH. _ PU Baker anchor/whiPStock assembly with MWD for 9-5/8" casing. RIH and set whipstock on top of EZSV at 45 degrees right of high side. Mill out of 9-5/8" casing string plus 29' of new formation.
