Ann,
Jim Regg is looking at Northstar gas disposition and would like to see
the unplanned < 1 Hr flare events with a gas volume of 9038 mcf of gas.
The report shows 1971 mcf of the planned events but no unplanned events
are listed. He needs these unplanned events to analysis the < 1 Hr
events. Could you provide them to me by June 10, 2005 thanks.
Steve

Steve,
As requested, here are the details of the unplanned < 1 hour flare
events at Northstar in April. The total volume of these unplanned < 1
hour events is 7067 mscf.
Note there are 3 flare tips at Northstar - LP, HP1 and HP2. Each one is
metered separately so when you see. what looks to be overlapping times
for different events, check the column on the far right and you will see
that it is because different flare tips are flaring.
Please call with any questions.

Ann,
Jim Regg is looking at Northstar gas disposition and would like to see
the unplanned < 1 Hr flare events with a gas volume of 9038 mcf of gas.
The report shows 1971 mcf of the planned events but no unplanned events
are listed. He needs these unplanned events to analysis the < 1 Hr
events. Could you provide them to me by June 10, 2005 thanks.
Steve

Additional information regarding the Glycol/TEG events: Excessive NGL carryover into the glycol system caused the upsets. The level on NGL carryover was greater than that which occurs
during normal operations and resulted in a greater than normal amount of gas to be flared from the vessels. The operating temperature of the feed gas cooler has been increased to reduce to
amount of NGL carryover which will result in reduced flared gas volumes.
