Output to the valve indicated 100% open. In the mean time, the level in the interstage Scrubbed rose. NGL's were carried over to the Glycol Contactor and accumulated until the Contactor level control valve LV -3100 opened and started dumping level to the Flash Tank. Once the problem was discovered, and corrected, skimming of the Glycol Contactor began. These NGL fluids are bled down to CHD. Flashed vapors are routed to the Process Flare System and started counting.
