Anne,
Just to clarify... The Kuparuk zone test fluids are the foreign fluids
referred to in the e-mail below. That pool was tested in Jan 2006
though Northstar well NS08 and was reported on the 10 -405 as pool
590500.
What were the foreign fluids? There was no reported oil production this
month or gas production from Kuparuk gas pool?

Because the fluids produced from the Kuparuk zone were foreign to our
process facility, we didn't know ahead of time how to prepare the plant
to receive them. Because of this, the fluids created a process upset
which led to an unplanned shutdown of the entire facility, with
associated flaring.
