P. O. Box 100360 Anchorage, AK 99510 Dear Ms. Dike: ConocoPhilIips has just completed a major correction to a well allocation problem in the Colville River Field. The Gas Disposition Reports (10-422) were submitted monthly as required with excessive flaring events reported, however, gas volumes allocated to individual wells have been inaccurate since field production started in November 2000. ConocoPhillips has submitted revised reports to cover inaccurate allocation on the Monthly Gas Disposition Reports. In lieu of AOGCC approval of each individual revised report, this letter hereby approves and authorizes the flaring for all events as reported in the corrected reports for the period from November 2000 through January 2005 in the Colville River field.
