Gas Disposition submission for the Central Processing Facility # 1 for October 2001. The AOGCC reviews the monthly gas disposition reports to determine if the Operator is acting in accordance with good oil field engineering practices and conservation purposes. At its discretion, the Commission will either authorize the flaring or classify the flaring as waste. For each CPF-1 event where gas was flared or vented less than one hour in October 2001, please provide the following additional information: (a) date(s) of flaring event(s); (b) actual time(s) flaring occurred; (c) total time flared per event; (c) a brief description of the activity underway or problem troubleshooting associated with the flared volumes; and (d) a brief description of the action(s) taken to minimize the flared gas volume.
