The S/D occurred around lOAM, with the start of flaring at 1005 hrs. Are-start was given the machine around 1030 hrs and start-up sequencing appeared normal. Compressor sequencing got hung up requiring instrumentation support to be called. The Board operator began making cuts around 1050 hrs immediately after determining that the unit would not start, 45 rains after the start of flaring. Fifteen wells were S/I and approximately 155 MMSCF/D of gas vcras cut. The FS was completely off flare by 1141 hrs. At 1220 hrs, a re-start was given the unit and a long re-start, full compressor purge, was initiated. The unit start-up proceeded normally and the machine was back on-line by 1300 hrs. The unit shut down again at 1307 hrs for an unknown reason before any additional gas was brought into the FS so no additional flaring occurred during the second S/D. The unit re-started OK and production was brought back without further incident. • • Nov-O1-O1 14:58 From-PRB OPERATIONS 907-659-5061 T-133 P.25/30 F-220 FLARE GAS VENTING REPORT BPXA • GREATER PRUDHOE BAY FACILITY; '!~`f"{'.'~:r~;~~lo '~ ~tatit~l~`aZ'~a.,~,;; ^.~.5 PERMIT N0. ~:s't.`,,r.,.
