The LPP failed to trip on the first test and after initial investigation the State Inspector (Lou) and our State Tester (Bob) discovered an apparent blockage in the panel. They were able to bleed the panel and reset and retest the LPP before leaving the location. Additionally panel was purged and inspected the next day and the pilot was function tested several times. Please let me know if you would like more information or have any questions MJ Loveland Problem Well Supervisor ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc.
