Gentlemen,
Per Lou Girmaldi's request I am forwarding you confirmation that we
troubleshot and flushed the panel on 1Q-14 (PTD # 1850450) following the
failed LPP SVS test yesterday (4/9/03). The LPP failed to trip on the
first test and after initial investigation the State Inspector (Lou) and
our State Tester (Bob) discovered an apparent blockage in the panel. They
were able to bleed the panel and reset and retest the LPP before leaving
the location. Additionally panel was purged and inspected the next day and
the pilot was function tested several times.
Please let me know if you would like more information or have any questions

In regards to 1Q-14 : Our instrument tech. trouble shot and purged
hydraulic panel this A.M. The pilot was tripped and tested several times
and function properly each time. This appears to have cured any problem we
had .
