The High Pressure Compressor Unit C-330012 was replaced with a new compressor for all 3 stages and required testing of critical safety flare system. The Low Pressure Compressor Unit C-32012 additionally received a new compressor bundle, requiring testing of the critical safety controls, adding to the total flare volume Operations established sufficient flow through the facility to minimize the flare gas volumes and complete the necessary testing of the critical safety controls.
