The event lasted for 745 minutes and was due to the unplanned shutdown of the CGF T/C 1805 MI Compressor due to a control/instrumentation failure associated with a power supply issue. Flaring continued while operations/maintenance performed repair/troubleshooting and numerous unsuccessful attempts were made to restart machine. Plant process was adjusted to reduce flare volumes. Flaring continued into the following day. A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 02/26/2013 00:00 and stopping at 02/26/2013 01:20 with a volume of 6548 (MSCF). The event lasted for 80 minutes and was due to the unplanned shutdown of the CGF T/C 1805 MI Compressor due to a control/instrumentation failure associated with a power supply issue. Flaring continued while operations/maintenance completed troubleshooting and started the T/C 1855 MI Compressor. Flaring ended when the T/C 1855 unit was started, the unit was loaded, CGF process stabilized and flare valves closed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Travis M. The event lasted for 22 minutes and was due to intermittent flaring associated with the unplanned shutdown of the Tandem Compressor Station, T/C 1857 Booster Compressor, and LTS3 process unit. The shutdown was caused by a short circuit in a critical control panel. Flaring volume associated with the depressurization of the affected equipment. Flaring ended when the depresuring actions were complete and the flare valves closed. A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/22/2013 05:00 and stopping at 04/22/2013 05:14 with a volume of 47000 (MSCF). The event lasted for 14 minutes and was due to intermittent flaring associated with the unplanned shutdown of the Tandem Compressor Station, T/C 1857 Booster Compressor, and LTS3 process unit. The shutdown was caused by a short circuit in a critical control panel. Flaring volume associated with the depressurization of the inlet gas transit systems to manage front end pressure at CGF as it increased due to the equipment shutdown. Flaring ended when the depresuring actions were sufficient to bring front end pressure into normal ranges and the flare valves closed. A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/25/2013 00:45 and stopping at 04/25/2013 01:08 with a volume of 25000 (MSCF). The event lasted for 23 minutes and was due to the planned integrity testing of the CGF HP Flare system. System required testing as a result of the shutdown event listed above. Flaring ended when integrity test was completed and flare valves closed. A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/28/2013 13:05 and stopping at 04/28/2013 15:34 with a volume of 23720 (MSCF). The event lasted for 149 minutes and was due to intermittent flaring associated with the unplanned shutdown of MI T/C 1805 due to problems associated with a faulty vibration card. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF). Approximately 1/3 of the GC1 facility (LPS, WSW, & PWX) lost all power simultaneously. The loss of power resulted in the gas compressor cooling fans (gas/utility water), and instrument air going down. Soon after this occurred the LIPS and GILT compressors were shutdown in a controlled fashion by the board operator. The loss of these compressors resulted in a flaring event. A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 10/19/2013 00:00 and stopping at 10/19/2013 14:30 with a volume of 3022 (MSCF). The event lasted for 870 minutes and was due to. A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 10/18/2013 18:00 and stopping at 10/19/2013 with a volume of 3 (MSCF). The event lasted for 360 minutes and was due to lowering of rates on the LP/IP compressor KO to prevent black smoke. Please let me know if you have any questions. Kellie Okonek (alt.
