The event lasted for 120 minutes and was due to the unplanned shutdown of the FS2 T/C 1802 STV/IP Compressor on high GG (gas generator) exhaust temperature. Flaring continued while operations/maintenance personnel changed the GG lube oil filters and attempted to restart the unit. Flaring continued into the following day. A flaring event occurred at FSI starting at 01/15/2013 00:00 and stopping at 01115/2013 01:15 with a volume of 625 (MSCF). The event lasted for 75 minutes and was due to the unplanned shutdown of the FS2 T/C 1802 STV/IP Compressor on high GG (gas generator) exhaust temperature. Flaring continued while operations/maintenance personnel changed the GG lube oil filters and attempted to restart the unit. Flaring ended when transit gas pressure was reduced and flare valves closed. A flaring event occurred at FSI starting at 04/22/2013 08:50 and stopping at 04/22/2013 09:50 with a volume of 4167 (MSCF). The event lasted for 60 minutes and was due to the Tandem compressor system shutdown at CGF, resulting in high gas transit line pressures. Flaring continued while rate was cut in the FS1 area. Flaring ended when transit gas pressure was reduced and flare valves closed. A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 04/23/2013 17:45 and stopping at 04/23/2013 18:25 with a volume of 4528 (MSCF). The event lasted for 40 minutes and was due to the FS1 Annex separation system shutdown related to the ongoing Tandem compressor system shutdown at CGF, resulting in high gas transit line pressures.
