A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 01/14/2013 22:00 and stopping at 01/14/2013 24:00 with a volume of 1000
(MSCF). The event lasted for 120 minutes and was due to the unplanned shutdown of the FS2 T/C 1802 STV/IP
Compressor on high GG (gas generator) exhaust temperature. Flaring continued while operations/maintenance
personnel changed the GG lube oil filters and attempted to restart the unit. Flaring continued into the following day.

An intermittent flaring event has been ongoing at GCI due to valve leakage into the flare system, for which
operations continues to investigate the source of leaks:
at GC1 starting at 05/05/2013 00:00 and stopping at 05/05/2013 19:55 with a volume of 6820 (MSCF). The
event lasted for 1195 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF).
at GCI starting at 05/04/2013 00:00 and stopping at 05/05/2013 with a volume of 6120 (MSCF). The event
lasted for 1440 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF).
at GC1 starting at 05/03/2013 00:00 and stopping at 05/03/2013 23:52 with a volume of 6040 (MSCF). The
event lasted for 1432 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF).
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 05/05/2013 02:00 and stopping at 05/05/2013 06:00 with a volume
of 5080 (MSCF). The event lasted for 240 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was
due to depressuring E-45 from E -pad for planned maintenance. Flaring stopped when line depressured.
A flaring event occurred at FSI starting at 05/03/2013 17:00 and stopping at 05/03/2013 18:15 with a volume
of 420 (MSCF). The event lasted for 75 minutes and was due to T/C 1801 shutdown due to valve issues.
Flaring stopped when the machine was restarted and loaded.

A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 06/10/2013 18:49 and stopping at 06/10/2013 19:59 with a volume of 5833
(MSCF). The event lasted for 70 minutes. Flaring was due low to the unplanned shutdown of LPS T/C 1803. Flaring
continued while rate was cut. T/C 1803 was restarted. Flaring ended when T/C 1803 was restarted, loaded and flare
valves closed.
A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 06/14/2013 10:15 and stopping at 06/14/2013 11:45 with a volume of 21875
(MSCF). The event lasted for 90 minutes. Flaring was due to high gas transit line pressure at FS1 resulting from a
compressor shutdown at CGF. Flaring continued, rate was cut in FS1 area to reduce flare volume, while unit at CGF was
restarted and transit gas pressure returned to normal operating range, at which time flare valves closed.
A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 06/14/2013 12:30 and stopping at 06/14/2013 14:00 with a volume of 350
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 90 minutes. Flaring was due to unplanned shutdown of STV/IP T/C 1802 due to
high discharge temperature. Flaring continued while T/C 1802 was restarted. Flaring ended when T/C 1802 was
restarted. loaded and flare valves closed.
