The event lasted for 610 minutes and was due to flaring associated with the planned shutdown of the STV/IP T/C 1802 to allow the LM -1500 turbine gas generator unit to be removed from T/C 1802 and installed in the offline STV/IP T/C 1801 train. Swapping the engine unit is needed to address mechanical vibration issues on unit in 1801, 1801 STV/IP compressor train must be operational to progress subsequent planned project work. Flaring continued during the planned turbine swap, and the FS2 facility remained online due to low ambient temperatures. Flaring ended when T/C 1801 was started, loaded and the flare valves closed.
