A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/08/2013 00:00 and stopping at 06/08/2013 24:00 with a volume of 530
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 1440 minutes. Flaring was due low rates at GC1 during TAPS proration
resulting in intermittent flaring from the LP and IP systems. Flaring ended as rates were increased after proration was
over allowing the LP/IP systems to remain loaded.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/11/2013 00:00 and stopping at 06/11/2013 24:00 with a volume of 40
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 1440 minutes. Flaring was due to flaring during startup of a GILT compressor,
starting turbine exhausts to flare system. Flaring ended when GLT startup was complete. Note: Suspect duration is over-
stated — however this is how event was reported.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/14/2013 10:15 and stopping at 06/14/2013 13:20 with a volume of 2030
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 185 minutes. Flaring was due to flaring off of V-136 and HP 1st Stage
Separators due to high gas transit line pressure at GC1 resulting from a compressor shutdown at CGF. Flaring continued
while unit at CGF was restarted and transit gas pressure returned to normal operating range, at which time flare valves
closed.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/22/2013 13:25 and stopping at 06/22/2013 16:57 with a volume of 130
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 212 minutes. Flaring was due to shutdown testing on GC1 Slug Catchers.
Flaring continued during testing. Flaring ended when testing was completed and flare valves closed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

A flaring event occurred at FS2 starting at 10/25/2013 00:45 and stopping at 10/25/2013 02:05 with a volume of 410
(MSCF). The event lasted for 80 minutes and was due to shutdown both 1801, 1803, 1804 and depressurization of A HP,
B HP and B S/C to remove blind from C S/C. Flaring stopped when depressurization for their plant shutdown was
complete.
A flaring event occurred at FS2 starting at 10/25/2013 10:30 and stopping at 10/25/2013 10:50 with a volume of 720228
(MSCF). The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was due to extended flaring event occurred while to
support planned acoustic testing of FV -1506.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 10/23/2013 10:21 and stopping at 10/23/2013 14:25 with a volume of 34024
(MSCF). The event lasted for 244 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was due to T/C 1855
Shutdown BESD on Low Seal Oil DP. Flaring stopped when offline 1805 T/C was started.
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 10/23/2013 10:15 and stopping at 10/23/2013 15:15 with a volume of 67000
(MSCF). The event was a black smoke event. The event lasted for 300 minutes. The event had a volume greater than
5000 (MSCF). Approximately 1/3 of the GC1 facility (LPS, WSW, & PWX) lost all power simultaneously. The loss of
power resulted in the gas compressor cooling fans (gas/utility water), and instrument air going down. Soon after this
occurred the LIPS and GILT compressors were shutdown in a controlled fashion by the board operator. The loss of these
compressors resulted in a flaring event.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 10/19/2013 00:00 and stopping at 10/19/2013 14:30 with a volume of 3022
(MSCF). The event lasted for 870 minutes and was due to.
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 10/18/2013 18:00 and stopping at 10/19/2013 with a volume of 3 (MSCF). The
event lasted for 360 minutes and was due to lowering of rates on the LP/IP compressor KO to prevent black smoke.

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/01/2013 07:30 and stopping at 12/01/2013 09:15 with a volume of 1000
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 105 minutes. Flaring was due to high transit gas pressures resulting in flaring
from the V-136 IP Gas KO Vessel. Flaring continued while transit gas pressures were stabilized. Flaring ended when
trans it gas pressure returned to normal ranges.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/07/2013 09:10 and stopping at 12/07/2013 10:30 with a volume of 220
(MSCF). The event lasted for 80 minutes. Flaring was due to flaring off of C Bank Slug Catcher during the de -inventory
pigging operations on the Y Pad LDF. The LDF was shut down a few days prior due to a crack identified in Skid 450.
Flaring ended when pigging operations were completed for the day.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/08/2013 08:10 and stopping at 12/08/2013 09:47 with a volume of 90
(MSCF). The event lasted for 97 minutes. Flaring was due to flaring off of C Bank Slug Catcher during the de -inventory
pigging operations on the Y Pad LDF. The LDF was shut down a few days prior due to a crack identified in Skid 450.
