A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 03/21/2013 11:39 and stopping at 03/21/2013 18:46 with a volume of 7117
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 427 minutes. Flaring was due to the unplanned shutdown of the GC2 facility
during planned UPS system repair/replacement activities. Flaring ended when GC2 production was restarted, process
stabilized and flare valves closed.
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 03/26/2013 16:46 and stopping at 03/26/2013 18:55 with a volume of 1250
(MSCF). The event lasted for 129 minutes. Flaring was due to upsets at the GC2 facility caused by the unplanned
shutdown of OT -28 (WOA Oil Transit Line) during pigging operations — resulting in a stoppage of production into GC2.
Flaring ended when the OT -28 shutdown cleared, GC2 production was restarted, process stabilized and the flare valves
closed.

A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 04/21/2013 10:45 and stopping at 04/21/2013 11:45 with a volume of 2083
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 60 minutes. Flaring was due to shutdown of a Tandem gas compressor at CGF,
resulting in hight gas transit line pressure. Flaring ended when the equipment was restarted at CGF, the gas transit line
pressure returned to normal, and the flare valves at GC2 closed.
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 04/22/2013 04:58 and stopping at 04/22/2013 05:05 with a volume of 4618
(MSCF). The event lasted for 7 minutes. Flaring was due to the unplanned shutdown tandem compressors at CGF
resulting in high gas transit line pressure which caused a Stop Production shutdown at GC2. Flaring continued while the
plant completed flaring related to the GC2 shutdown, and ended when flare valves closed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 12/07/2013 17:41 and stopping at 12/07/2013 18:57 with a volume of 422
(MSCF). The event lasted for 76 minutes. Flaring occurred due to increases in ambient temperatures resulting in
increasing gas transit line pressures. Flaring continued while production rates were reduced on the WOA and EOA.
Flaring ended when gas transit pressure returned to normal ranges.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
