A flaring event occurred at GC3 starting at 01/20/2013 17:15 and stopping at 01/20/2013 21:30 with a volume of 846
(MSCF). The event lasted for 255 minutes. Flaring was due to the planned depressurization of the A Pad LDF (large
diameter flowline) via the C Bank LPS Slugcatcher to perform energy isolation activities for the LDF in preparation for
planned work on the LDF. Flaring ended when the depressuring activities on A LDF were completed and the flare valves
were closed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/28/2013 16:30 and stopping at 06/28/2013 18:15 with a volume of 390
(MSCF). The event lasted for 105 minutes and was due to depressurization of spare GLT compressor when EOA Big AL
was loaded. Flaring stopped when depressurization was complete.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/29/2013 17:57 and stopping at 06/29/2013 19:10 with a volume of 10
(MSCF). The event lasted for 73 minutes and was due to start-up test for K-7000 and spin of coppus for cool down.
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 07/05/2013 00:00 and stopping at 07/06/2013 with a volume of 40 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1440 minutes and was due to flaring during GLT K3300 startup. Flaring stopped when startup
complete.

A flaring event occurred at GC3 starting at 12/06/2013 06:48 and stopping at 12/06/2013 11:00 with a volume of 13650
(MSCF). The event lasted for 252 minutes. Flaring occurred during the repair to a leaking drain flange on HP Separator
V-301 B. Production to V-301 B was stopped/re-routed while repairs were made. V-301 B was routed to flare system as
part of energy isolation to effect repair to leaking flange. Flaring ended when the repair was make (flange tightened) and
the leak stopped.
