BPXA is providing courtesy notification of planned and unplanned flaring events of greater than one hour which occurred
at the Endicott Production Facility. These events were the result of a shutdown of the A Main compressor for water
washing
Summary of unplanned flaring events:
15 -October 2014 07:10(164 Minutes, 93 MCF)
Summary of planned flaring events:
13 -October 2014 19:39 (556 Minutes, 505 MCF)
14 -October 2014 16:47 (96 Minutes, 89 MCF)
All attempts were made to identify problems, expedite maintenance, and keep flaring & assist gas to a minimum. Given
these circumstances, we believe that we took all necessary actions in accordance with good oil field engineering practices
and conservation purposes to minimize the volume of gas released, burned, or permitted to escape to the air. These
volumes will also be reported to you on the Facility Report of Produced Gas Disposition Form (Form 10-422).
Thank you,
Ken Miller
