The flaring was necessary to maintain safe facility operations. A shutdown of the heating and ventilation system in the 08 turbine enclosure caused a 125 Ib. halon bottle to dump and shutdown the 08 turbine. This caused load shedding of power and most of the facility equipment to shut down. Flaring was necessary during the shutdown and restart of the facility and field equipment. Maintenance worked with the facility to bring the 08 Turbine and facility back online as soon as possible to stop the flaring. Flaring occurred on April 17'" between 1653 and 1859 hrs for a total of 2 hrs. 6 minutes. The total volume flared was 638.12 MSCF with a total of 0.0 MSCF of assist gas applied. Given these circumstances, we believe that we took all necessary actions in accordance with good oil field engineering practices and conservation purposes to minimize the volume of gas released, burned, or permitted to escape to the air. The volume of gas flared and vented will be reported to you on the Facility Report of Produced Gas Disposition Form (Form 10-422). The flaring was necessary to maintain safe facility operations. On June 24^, Turbine 0701 shutdown from an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) switch that failed. This switch was original equipment on the turbine control panel. This event caused a load shed, which shut down the process plant. As a result, all gas was routed to the flare. Maintenance worked with the facility to bring the 0701 Turbine and facility back online as soon as possible to stop the flaring. Flaring occurred on June 24m between 1549 and 1651 hrs for a total of 1 hour and 2 minutes. The total volume Flared was 360.93 MSCF during the event. Let us know if you have any questions or require additional information. The flaring was necessary to maintain safe facility operations. On September 3r^, the T-1 temporary Solar Turbine generator shut down while Operations had the Turbine 0701 shutdown due to maintenance. The T-1 Solar Turbine shutdown caused a load shed, which included a shutdown of the gas injection compressor, resulting in unplanned flaring. The T-1 Solar Turbine was re -started as soon as possible and power restored, which allowed the start-up of the injection compressors to stop the flaring. Flaring occurred on September 3m between 0214 and 0330 hours for a total of 1 hour and 16 minutes. The total volume flared was 141.86 MSCF with a total of 0.0 MSCF of assist gas applied. Let us know if you have any questions or require additional information. The flaring is necessary to maintain facility operations. Piping between E Pad and CFP requires lifting to repair VSMs that are not in compliance with ADEC regulation 18 AAC 75.047(g) and ASME 831.4-2002. The plan for safely lifting the piping that crosses the VSMs in need of repair requires that pressure in the lines is reduced to 500 psi, or less. Of the five pipelines to be lifted, one is our gas reinjection with a normal operating pressure of 3,200 psi. To de -pressure the injection line down to 500 psi will require both C-5531 A&B (reinjection compressors) to be shutdown. The other compressors that are operated by the same driver will consequently be stopped, which results in low volume flaring from the low pressure (LP) and intermediate pressure (IP) vessels in the separation trains. This volume is approximated to be 700 — 1000 MCFD (24 hour rate). Field produced gas will be cut prior to shutting down the reinjection compressors to control flaring so that only the LP & IF gas will have to go to flare. The duration of the line lift to set cribbing and stabilize the piping is estimated at 12 to 18 hours. Then the VSM work can commence, which is expected to last a couple of weeks. When those repairs are complete the same line -lift process will be used to set the piping back on the VSMs. All attempts will be made to expedite repairs, and to minimize the duration and volume of gas flared. Given these circumstances, we believe that we are taking all necessary actions in accordance with good oil field engineering practices and conservation purposes to minimize the volume of gas released, burned, or permitted to escape to the air. The volume of gas will be reported to you on the Facility Report of Produced Gas Disposition Form (Form 10-422). Let us know if you have any questions or require additional information. The flaring was necessary to maintain facility operations. We notified you on Sunday 10/19/2014 regarding this planned Flaring event, however we indicated in this courtesy notification that the planned flaring would occur on 10/23/2014. Piping between E Pad and CFP required lifting to repair VSMs that were not in compliance with ADEC regulation 18 AAC 75.047(g) and ASME 831.4-2002. The plan for safely lifting the piping that crosses the VSMs in need of repair required that pressure in the lines be reduced to 500 psi, or less. Of the five pipelines lifted, one is our gas reinjection with a normal operating pressure of 3,200 psi. To de -pressure the injection line down to 500 psi required that both C-5531 A&B (reinjection compressors) be shutdown. The other compressors that are operated by the same driver were consequently stopped, which resulted in low volume flaring from the low pressure and intermediate pressure vessels in the separation trains. Field produced gas was cut prior to shutting down the reinjection compressors to control flaring so that only the LP & IP gas went to flare. Flaring occurred on October 25'" between 0722 and 1840 hrs for a total of 11 hours and 18 minutes. The total volume flared was 727.52 MSCF with a total of 0.0 MSCF of assist gas applied. The repair of the VSMs will now commence, which is expected to take less than a week. When those repairs are complete the same line -lift process will be used to set the piping back on the VSMs, which will require another similar planned flaring event. This is also our courtesy notification for this planned flaring event of greater than one (1) hour, which will occur around October 31. The planned flaring is required to safely lift the piping after the repair of the VSMs. The flaring was necessary to maintain safe facility operations. On October 20`h, a high wind rain storm froze to the power lines in the Milne Point field. This caused ground faults, arcing and the Power Turbines to shutdown, which caused a load shed and a facility and field shutdown. As a result, all gas was routed to the flare. Maintenance worked with the facility to bring the Turbines, all gas lift well and injectors back online as soon as possible to stop the flaring. Flaring occurred on October 201h between 0254 and 0412 hrs for a total of 1 hour and 18 minutes. The total volume flared was 225.85 MSCF with a total of 0.0 MSCF of assist gas applied.
