A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 02/03/2014 15:20 and stopping at 02/03/2014 18:00 with a volume of 260
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 160 minutes. Flaring occurred during the start/stop/purge cycle for the T/C
3300 GLT Compressor. Flaring continued during this operations work. Flaring ended when the work was complete.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 02/17/2014 09:00 and stopping at 02/18/2014 with a volume of 320 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 900 minutes and was due to a PLC failure in the produced water system that cascaded to a plant -
wide "stop production." Rates were reduced and flaring stopped when the plant started back up.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 02/2812014 22:50 and stopping at 02/28/2014 23:59 with a volume of 1476
(MSCF). The intermittent event lasted for 69 minutes. Flaring occurred during an increase in the gas transit line pressure
associated with ongoing work at the gas plants, resulting in flaring at GC1. Flaring ended when the gas transit gas
pressure returned to normal operating range.

CGF
Following advance notification to Victoria Ferguson of the AOGCC, extended flaring events occurred at CGF
from August 10-16, 2014 while restarting the facility after a prolonged planned shutdown for maintenance.
Flaring was permitted to continue while operations personnel attempted to restart the facility equipment. These
start-up related flaring events have stopped now that the CGF shutdown is complete.
1) On 8/16/2014, flaring at CGF started at 01:30 and stopped at 06:00 with a volume of 15972 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 270 minutes.
2) On 8/15/2014, flaring at CGF started at 00:01 and continued through midnight with a volume of 81383
(MSCF). The event lasted for 1439 minutes.
3) On 8/14/2014 flaring at CGF started at 02:45 and continued through midnight with a volume of 13731
(MSCF). The event lasted for 1275 minutes.
4) On 8/12/2014, flaring at CGF started at 04:30 and stopped at 05:05 with a volume of 255 (MSCF). The
event, which lasted for 35 minutes, was due to shutdown of Compressor 1802 for planned maintenance.
The event ended when depressurization of the compressor was complete.
5) On 08/10/2014, flaring at CGF started at 19:40 and stopped at 23:58 with a volume of 32410 (MSCF).
The event, which lasted for 258 minutes, was due to depressurizing the WOA 60" line and 4938 Inlet
Separator vessel for planned maintenance. The event ended when depressurization was completed.
GC1
A flaring event also took place at GCI on 08/10/2014 due to the same planned maintenance on the WOA 60"
line as flaring event #5 at CGF above. The IP and LP compressors flared during the required swap of production
from the GC1 Annex to the Old Plant to perform the maintenance. The flaring stopped when the gas rate to old
plant was stable. The flare event at GC1 started at 08/10/2014 19:51 and stopped at 08/10/2014 23:10 with a
volume of 491 (MSCF). The event lasted for 199 minutes.
FS3
Flaring events occurred at FS3 from August 12-14 while restarting the facility after a prolonged planned
shutdown for maintenance. These flaring events have stopped now that maintenance is complete.
1) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/14/2014 03:30 and stopping at 08/14/2014 03:35 with a volume of 80
(MSCF). The event lasted for 5 minutes and was due to starting the 1803 compressor. The flaring
stopped when the startup sequence was complete.
2) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/14/2014 14:22 and stopping at 08/14/2014 14:34 with a volume of 60
(MSCF). The event lasted for 12 minutes and was due to depressuring the 14D common line at DS 14 in
order to isolate a well slot choke. The flaring stopped when the line was depressured to a safe energy
state.
3) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/14/2014 17:06 and stopping at 08/14/2014 17:11 with a volume of 60
(MSCF). The event lasted for 5 minutes and was due to shutting down the 1803 compressor to
troubleshoot the DC LO pump run issue. The flaring stopped when the shutdown sequence was
complete.
4) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/13/2014 23:34 and stopping at 08/13/2014 24:00 with a volume of
242 (MSCF). The event lasted for 26 minutes and was due to depressuring the 14BC common line and
MI line for a gas leak on the MI flange. The flaring stopped when the lines were depressured to a safe
energy state.
5) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/12/2014 14:00 and stopping at 08/12/2014 18:00 with a volume of
120 (MSCF). The event lasted for 240 minutes and was due to shutting down T\C 1803 after attempting
3 starts. Flaring stopped once shutdown was complete.
6) A flare event at FS3 starting at 08/12/2014 03:00 and stopping at 08/12/2014 09:00 with a volume of
9015 (MSCF). The event lasted for 360 minutes. Flaring occurred when the STV -IP T\C 1802 unloaded
due to low gas rates. Flaring was stopped by increasing rates to load the STV/IP T/C.

Extended flaring events have occurred at GC 1 from September 2-15, 2014 while stabilizing operations after a
prolonged planned shutdown of GC2 for maintenance. The flaring initially occurred on September 2 due to low
oil rates resulting in insufficient gas to the IP compressors. Intermittent flaring occurred while operations
personnel worked on the compressor surge control set-up on September 4`h. A new IP compressor surge control
system was installed on September 5-9 with coincident flaring as this maintenance work was conducted. On
September 10`h, the IP compressors were off-line. The V-136 flare set -point was intentionally lowered on
September 10-12 to minimize the volume flared by preventing LP flaring that requires the addition of assist gas
to prevent black smoke. GC 1 production was reduced to minimize flaring while Operations continued to
troubleshoot the problem. Transit gas pressure was reduced in an effort to provide operating conditions
favorable to the IP compressor. Yesterday, a possible root cause of the problem was found in a low temperature
from the crude heater. GC 1 is working on a solution to the crude heater problem and production will continue to
be curtailed to reduce flaring.
