GC1
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 06/17/2014 03:00 and stopping at 06/18/2014 with a volume of 1090 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1260 minutes, and was due to LP compressor instability due to temperature swings. Flaring stopped
when necessary process changes were made.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/20/2014 05:08 and stopping at 06/21/2014 with a volume of 2616 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1132 minutes, and was due to low oil throughput causing insufficient LP/IP gas.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/21/2014 00:00 and stopping at 06/21/2014 05:25 with a volume of 2408
(MSCF). The event lasted for 325 minutes, and was due to low oil throughput causing insufficient LP/IP gas.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/23/2014 14:10 and stopping at 06/23/2014 15:45 with a volume of 1200
(MSCF). The event lasted for 95 minutes, and was due to a blown UPS fuse causing an LPS compressor shutdown.
Flaring stopped when the compressor was re -loaded.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 06/25/2014 08:45 and stopping at 06/25/2014 10:00 with a volume of 1437
(MSCF). The event lasted for 75 minutes, and was due to an unplanned shutdown of A/B banks to the GCI annex.
Flaring stopped when the banks were put back in service.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/02/2014 00:01 and stopping at 07/03/2014 with a volume of 3400 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1439 minutes, and was due to a UPS power failure to the skid 7 control room. Flaring stopped when
UPS was fixed and power restored.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/03/2014 00:01 and stopping at 07/03/2014 06:30 with a volume of 1600
(MSCF). The event lasted for 389 minutes, and was due to a UPS power failure to the skid 7 control room. Flaring
stopped when UPS was fixed and power restored.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/04/2014 06:00 and stopping at 07/04/2014 12:00 with a volume of 280
(MSCF). The event lasted for 360 minutes, and was due to 2 stage D -bank backpressure controller issues. Flaring
stopped when the backpressure controller was re -adjusted.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/08/2014 04:00 and stopping at 07/08/2014 22:30 with a volume of 940
(MSCF). The event lasted for 1110 minutes, and was due to loss of forward flow on IP compressors. Flaring stopped
when temperature/pressure adjustments made to re-establish flow.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/17/2014 18:00 and stopping at 07/18/2014 with a volume of 8170 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 360 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF), and was due to depressurization of
Y/P pads for safe -out. Flaring stopped when depressurization was complete.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 07/18/2014 04:00 and stopping at 07/19/2014 with a volume of 6886 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1200 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF), and was due to shutdown and
depressure of GHX tie -line between GC1 &2 for GC2 planned turnaround.
GC2
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 06/23/2014 07:27 and stopping at 06/23/2014 09:16 with a volume of 606
(MSCF). The event lasted for 109 minutes, and was due to high gas transit pressure caused by an increase in ambient
temperatures and EOA 1806 compressor shutdown.
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 07/12/2014 21:15 and stopping at 07/12/2014 22:30 with a volume of 7812
(MSCF). The event lasted for 75 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF), and was due to high
ambient temperatures causing transit gas system issues. Flaring stopped when rates were cut on the EOA.
GC3
A flaring event occurred at GC3 starting at 07/19/2014 14:48 and stopping at 07/19/2014 17:35 with a volume of 1160
(MSCF). The event lasted for 167 minutes, and was due to wet gas compressor shutdown due to control/instrumentation
failure associated with a fault. Production was reduced to minimize flaring.

(MSCF). The event lasted for 16 minutes. Flaring was due to high transit line pressures caused by CCP compressor
problems due to loss of tandems. The WOA reduced production rates to stop the flaring.
9/7
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 09/07/2014 07:30 and stopping at 09/07/2014 23:30 with a volume of 6000
(MSCF). The event lasted for 960 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF). Flaring was caused by ESD
testing of plant and field devices. GC2 was shut down and restarted for the ESD testing. The flaring stopped when GC2
was restarted.
9/3
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 09/03/2014 14:00 and stopping at 09/03/2014 22:30 with a volume of 2833
(MSCF). The event lasted for 510 minutes. Flaring occurred when the K207 IP compressor was shutdown for repairs and
high vibration. Flaring stopped when the compressor was restarted.
9/2 A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 09/02/2014 00:01 and stopping at 09/02/2014 23:59 with a volume of
11983 (MSCF). The event lasted for 1438 minutes. The flaring occurred when the IP compressor shut down because of a
problem associated with GC2 start-up. The flaring stopped as start-up problems were resolved.
9/1 A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 09/01/2014 06:00 and stopping at 09/01/2014 23:49 with a volume of
11878 (MSCF). The event lasted for 1069 minutes. The flaring occurred when the IP compressor shut down because of a
problem associated with GC2 start-up. The flaring stopped as start-up problems were resolved.

A flaring event occurred at GC3 starting at 12/08/2014 05:32 and stopping at 12/08/2014 12:10 with a volume
of 1023 (MSCF). The event lasted for 398 minutes and occurred when the Wet Gas compressor shutdown
because of control/instrumentation failure associated with a faulty instrumentation. Flaring was permitted to
continue while GC operations personnel attempted to restart the equipment. Flaring stopped when the
compressor was restarted successfully.
A flaring event occurred at GC2 starting at 12/05/2014 14:32 and stopping at 12/05/2014 17:26 with a volume
of 1088 (MSCF). The event lasted for 174 minutes and occurred when the IP compressor was shut down
because of a problem associated with re -start of production following plant shutdown. Flaring was permitted to
continue while GC operations personnel attempted to restart the equipment. Flaring stopped when the
compressor was restarted successfully.
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 12/05/2014 14:30 and stopping at 12/05/2014 23:00 with a volume
of 5050 (MSCF). The event lasted for 510 minutes. The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and
occurred when GC2 shut down causing the LPAP compressors to lose flow. Flaring stopped when GC2 started
flowing oil to GC 1 and gas rate increased so that forward flow was reestablished in the LP/IP machines.
