This is to confirm the flaring of casing head gas and gas well gas during the above
referenced time period in which the field's gas lift compressor shut down due to 4th stage
suction scrubber high level. This occurred at midnight and our operator was delayed by
approximately 1.5 hrs due to vandalism on the front gate which prevented entry to the field.
This was an un-planned event. The following is the flare for the period in which the
compressor was down:

Dear Mr. McMains
This is to confirm the flaring of casing head gas and gas well gas during the above
referenced time period in which the field's gas lift compressor shut down due a 4th stage
high level alarm caused by the dump line freezing. This was an unplanned event and there
was no smoke in the flare.
Mitigation: thawed line, assessed cause (leaking trim set - parts ordered) & restarted the
compressor.
