unloading when Enstar raised their line
pressure. This will necessitate the continued
unloading of the well and venting. We are in
the process of installing compression at
Beaver Creek that will allow the line
pressure to be reduced and this should put
an end to the need for continued unloading
of the well. The compressor is expected to
be online sometime in June.

Attached please find the December 2004 Facility Report of Produced Gas Disposition, Form 10-
422 ("Gas Disposition Report") for the Beaver Creek production facility. Marathon provided the
revised Gas Disposition Report on June 7, 2006. The Commission has classified as waste 950
Mcf of gas, the volume released from Well BC-1 A resulting from a fire on the pad that damaged
the well. This volume is listed on the revised Gas Disposition Report as flared or vented more
than 1 hour.
As provided in AS 31.05.080(a), within 20 days after written notice of this decision, or such
further time as the Commission grants for good cause shown, a person affected by it may file
with the Commission an application for rehearing. A request for rehearing is considered timely
if it is received by 4:30 PM on the 23rd day following the date of this letter, or the next working
day if the 23rd day falls on a holiday or weekend. A person may not appeal a Commission
decision to Superior Court unless rehearing has been requested.
