The reports don't really address the reason for the event on the reports correctly. This MEMO should be placed at the beginning of the facility Gas Disposition Report each year. 1t applies to the facility each month. Chevron Chris Myers statement for reason: ADEC approved the removal of the VRU and facility vapors are required to be flared from the facility prior to oil input into the pipeline. 1.
