Authority 20 AAC 25.235. GAS DISPOSITION APPROVALS This folder was established by Wendy Mahan for her management purposes. She chose to establish this folder as a management tool for her. Since November 2000, the new procedure has been to put the signed facility report back into the facility folder and not into an approval folder. Also only the reports that had excessive flaring over 1 hour are sign and a copy is sent back to the operator.
