The circulating pump for the waterflood turbine was damaged. It took them so long to fix it because they had to get parts for it. They did nothing to minimize flaring. He said that if they did, they'd create pressure problems in their producing oil wells. 02/06-11/95 Gas compressor down. Bad fuel control valve. Again, this event took so long because they were waiting on parts. They did nothing to minimize flaring. 2/15/16/95 Waterflood turbine down - bad pipe. There was a rupture in the HP discharge line.
