There may be some increased flare volumes as lines are bled, but we wil! make every effort to minimize this. The pilot and purge gas flare wilt not be interrupted. Na black smoke is expected to be produced from this process, however, the vapor recovery unit will not be operating during the shut-in, therefore, it is possible.
