and 931 feet West from the Southeast Corner of Section 34, T13N, R10W,

Chevron U.S.A. Inc., Atlantic Richfield Company and Shell Oil Company,
each to an undivided one-third (1/3) interest, are the sole working
interest owners in the lease to be drilled and are also the owners,,'
in like proportions of the working interest in all leases committed
to the Beluga River Unit. There are no other working interest owners
or operators which would be affected by the granting of the exception
requested.
We believe that the requested exception is necessary and desirable in
order to evaluate the Sterling and Beluga sands on the Southeast Flank
of the structure. It is therefore respectfully requested that the
exception be granted.
